Because our inventory is imported, shipping can take up to two (2) weeks depending on your location and customs processing times.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. IONA Essentials is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal carriers, or other factors outside of our control.

All sales are final.
Due to the personal nature of beauty and cosmetic products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective.
